JOSE BRECHNER in a move too intelligent to consider her own, Evo Morales proposed that prefects (governors) opposition to his regime, to adhere to the call for a recall referendum on his mandate, with the condition that along with the President, they also submit their positions to the vote of the people. Read more here: Hummer Winblad Venture. If Morales is not sure of winning, I would have not done the proposal. The aspiring President Inca monarch, has armed the most perfect electoral fraud that has ever been made in Bolivia. Since he assumed power his supporters have been working day and night, compiling lists of non-existent voters, resurrecting dead, and manufacturing irregular identity documents and birth certificates. Imported thousands of Cubans and Venezuelans who already have Bolivian nationality, allowing them to vote and act as judges, and were those who helped to assemble the gigantic trap from which citizenship may not escape.
If there are problems that can be solved with money, bolivarians have endless funds to bribe those who see necessary. If the referendum is reached, Bolivians remain without representation, without power, nor legal to deal with legalized dictatorship options. Hugo Chavez after its referendum, took over seven hours to accept his defeat, because he had no way to hide the avalanche of votes against his Government, which does not let you modify the final figures in its favor. And that the system used for the scrutiny was computerized, allowing you to instantly see the figures. Had been a clean vote, the results would have known immediately and may have been framed within the 30 percent for his followers and 70 per cent for his detractors. In Bolivia, Morales still enjoys more support that the Venezuelan, and election falsification is better prepared, so if Governors feel they have opportunities to succeed, they are not seeing reality. There are those who still don’t understand how it works the socialism of the 21st century. The method is to use democracy to manipulate the liberal State, and impose the Communist tyranny with the supposed popular approval.
In other words, it is to use democracy to destroy democracy. From every point of view, whether philosophical, political, legal or ethical, is something that is not possible, since who tries it is violating the very essence of the system, which automatically disqualifies him to govern, and simultaneously enables the population to revolt against the authoritarian imposition. The lack of political skill of the principal leaders of the Bolivian partisan opposition continues to astonish. They provided for the convening of a constituent Assembly, which anyone who has half a brain knew it would finish in the conflicts that today are news, and after two years it took them to understand the stupidity committed, rather than slow down acceptance of the document, they eximieron of the Forum, allowing Morales to arbitrarily approve its marxista-indigenista Constitution. Exactly the same mistake that made the Venezuelan opposition, not present in the last presidential elections. Fortunately the prefects and civic leaders continue encouraging active popular pressures. They called for a peaceful hunger strike, although wouldn’t the Government if all the strikers are dying. Support the referendum proposed by Morales, who has been the initial decision of the prefects, would pull the lifeline to stalemate after making all attempts to sink it, and could threaten the freedom and life itself in citizenship. The great success is not to accept any truce, even during the Christmas holidays, and maintain civil disobedience, to achieve the resignation of the repressive dictator.
